Beating the Heat!

Holy Cow! We thought summer was never going to come with our LONG June Gloom! Here it is! VERY HOT! If its just you, you can easily deal with the heat...having two kids, totally different story! Gotta make sure you cool down the car and carseats before getting them inside, constant 50-100 proof sunscreen, floaties and swimmers for the pool...must always keep them hydrated! Its a lot to remember! On top of it being crazy hot here...we are taking the kids out to Lake Havasu tonight, where its 120 degrees! Yes a little hot for the kids, but we really dont do much but swim in the lake all day!  4 hr drive awaits us! Heres a few pictures of the kids beating the heat this summer!
